So, I was really glad to find a quality name brand for sale here at a good price. The batteries are nicely packaged, and seem to be of consistently high quality. In order to keep the dogs out of the "cat house" (laundry room) where the cat box and cat food are, we have Petsafe shock collars on the dogs and a transmitter in the cat house. The collars use two 2032 batteries each and I've tried just about every brand of battery available including Duracell, etc. I have a battery tester that measures battery efficiency. More precisely it measures the current flowing through an internal 370 ohm load resister. All the 2032 batteries I've bought measured between 8.0 and 8.3 ma (below 8.0 is pretty much an ineffective battery). In fact the Duracell batteries measured around 8.0 - which surprised me since I thought they would be "top of the line" performers.These Maxell batteries measure 8.9-9.0 consistently and last much longer than any others I've used. GREAT product! |
